forskningsmiljöer. Denna forskningsmiljö skulle förslagsvis vara med fler företag i flera olika branscher för att se om det finns en skillnad mellan den upplevda kommunikationen, stress, teknostressen och tillit. Det hade även varit intressant att utföra en undersökning med både kvalitativ och kvantitativ ansats för att även ha intervjuer med diverse respondenter för att förstå fenomenet på djupet, men även för att kunna få en upplevelse av hur de styrande organen har riktat förändringen och förändringsprocessen. Det är av intresse att studera detta förhållningssätt som denna undersökning presenterar utifrån en kvalitativ ansats, för att förstå påverkan av förändringen mer djupgående för varje respondent. Det uppmanas att studera kvalitén av kommunikation som en ytterligare infallsvinkel utifrån de presenterade variablerna, för att undersöka hur kvalitén i relation till kvantiteten påverkar de ovannämnda variablerna. Denna undersökning understryker dessutom att det behövs ytterligare studier inom grupper och hur grupper blir påverkade av förändringar utifrån de presenterade variablerna, med fördel för en kvalitativ ansats, för att undersöka grupperna på djupet.
