KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Montezuma Valley Irrigation Company
hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) ismicxtioambitkilAii 0 0 per rod)
orantdexatizft, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto to the Cortez Natural Gas Company Inc., Cortez, Colorado, hereinafter called Grantee, the right, privilege, and easement to build and maintain over, upon, and across the land hereinafter described, a Natural Gas line with any necessary appurtenances. The rights hereby conferred provide for the privelege _ and authority to enter upon said lands for the purpose of constructing said pipe line, maintenance and
operation thereof, with the right to clear a right-of-way of needed width, and for the repairing, reconstructing, operating and maintaining of such pipeline at all times.
The said right-of-way hereby conferred shall be

feet wide each side of the Natural Gas Pipe line as constructed, over, upon, and across the following lands located and situated in Montezuma County ,Colorado, to-wit:At a point beginning
75'
East of the Northwest property line, running 128' South.and the right of ingress and egress over adjacent lands to or from said right-of-way is hereby conferred upon said Grantee, at any time for the purpose recited herein.
The right to cultivate and otherwise use said right-of-way by the Grantor except for the purpose herein granted to the Grantee, is especially reserved, and if the Grantee should ever permanently abandon the use of said right-of-way for the purposes herein conveyed it shall revert to the Grantor or assigns.

, for and in consideration of the said sum of money paid as a consideration for the foregoing, do hereby release and relinquish unto and in favor of said Grantee, all of my estate of dower and homestead in and to the above described land to the extent of the rights hereinbefore granted and set forth.
