We are looking for a TRAINEE to strengthen our Global Accounting team in Turku. We would be happy to welcome you to our team as soon as possible, but the starting date is negotiable. The length of the trainee period is 4-6 months and it offers you a fantastic opportunity to grow in an international organization with broad possibilities! We often offer our trainees a chance to continue working with us even after the trainee period, either part-time aside studies or even full time.
What will you be doing?
We provide next generation Global Accounting Services to our globally operating customers. We offer our customers a new and easy way to manage subsidiaries all over the world – with only one partner. As a Trainee your will get familiar with our customer company and help our team in providing accounting services and taking care of our customer company's daily financials. Your main responsibilites will be coding
purchase invoices, accounts payables and sales invoicing. During your traineeship, you will gain more responsibility and get the chance to participate in various interesting tasks.
At the moment we are all working remotely, but if the trainee period is to start before we can retun to our office, we are able to provide you the support needed for getting everything started remotely.

What skills will help you to succeed in this position?
The person we are looking for is interested in accounting and studying in a related field. For you to be successful in the role you should have an open attitude, be eager to further develop your skills and have a strong commitment in delivering excellent customer service. As an employee you have great co-
operation skills but you are also used to working independently. Our team’s great performance shows high motivation for development and productivity and we hope that you share the same mindset! At Staria we are also constantly developing our services with the help of automation and robotics and therefore we also expect you to have good IT skills and the ability to learn and adopt new systems and methods. According to the nature of international accounting work, we value some flexibility in working hours as well as being able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. You are also able to fluently understand Swedish in written form when handling invoices.
