WIDE SELECTION OF CAREERS

At the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), we are proud of our graduates, and the choices they make with the opportunities afforded them. A Master degree from SSE

opens doors to a wide range of careers and advanced studies.

OUR 2016 MASTER GRADUATES are no exception to this trend, having been highly successful in their search for fulfilling jobs. Of this high-achieving cohort, 93 percent accepted a job offer within three months of graduation. Our graduates represent 35 different nationalities and are fully prepared to become the responsible global business leaders of tomorrow, with lifelong access to our worldwide network of over 20,000 alumni which adds to the benefits of earning an SSE degree.

We congratulate our graduates on their success, while thanking loyal recruiters, alumni and corporate partners for their contributions to the professional development of SSE students and graduates. We look forward to preparing future leaders to tackle tomorrow’s business challenges.

GRADUATE PROFILE

In 2016, 336 students graduated from SSE’s Master programs. They included 54 % men and 46 % women.

43% were international students. Median age at graduation was 26 (ranging from 22 to 39). In total 35 nationalities were represented.

The average total compensation of Master

graduates one year after completing their studies was 60 380 USD*

For SSE Master graduates Sweden, Germany, and the United Kingdom were the most popular employment destinations.

Most Swedes decide to pursue their careers in Sweden. Most graduates of other nationalities started their careers abroad.
