many countries in the world, including Canada and the USA. Many people wear green clothes, dress as leprechauns (small men wearing a
green outfit) and watch or attend parades. The holiday is named after Saint Patrick, a former patron saint of England. He spread Christinaty
to Ireland to a lot of people
The holiday is also often associated with luck. One of the most famous St. Patrick´s Day symbols are the ”Shamrock” (or three-clover) that claims to bring you luck. It is a famous good-luck symbol all over the
world.
