Please register promptly at convention head- quarters at the Westward Ho Hotel, giving your complete mailing address so that mail dur- ing the year will reach you. It would be helpful if you would also give your temporary Phoenix address in order that letters, telegrams and mes- sages can be delivered to you readily while in Phoenix.

Your dollar registration fee makes you a paid-up individual contributing member of the Association for one year and will assure you of receiving all general information issued by the office of the Association during the year, includ- ing a printed copy of the proceedings.

By getting your luncheon and banquet tickets at the time you register, you will save time and trouble for yourself and will greatly expedite the work of the local committee.

We thank you for your cooperation.
