Late deliveries, faulty materials, too much materials, reworks, errors in plans, why should it be so difficult to get a construction project to work perfectly when it comes to logistics? This scientific thesis (comprising four articles) outlines a framework for mapping the activities in construction supply chains and to measure their performance. This can help in identifying logistic problems and assess the effects of these.
