I detta arbete har jag i utvecklingen av en tillämpning belyst era utmaningar som man ställs inför när man designar för interaktiv TV, och även kommit med en del förslag på lösningar. Design för interaktiv TV är i jämförelse med exempelvis design för webb ett område som är relativt outforskat, även om utvecklingen de senaste åren ser ut att ha tagit fart. I takt med att allt er operatörer börjar erbjuda TV-baserade video-on-demand-tjänster kommer säkerligen användbarheten hos dessa tjänster att vara en viktig faktor för om folket i stugorna (eller lägenheterna) faktiskt börjar använda sig av dessa.

This test is about evaluating an online video-store. The purpose of the test is not to test your ability to use the system, but the evaluate the system itself. The results will be used for my master thesis. You can give me your e-mail if you want to be notified when the final thesis is online. You will not be identified by name in the thesis.
I will give you a few tasks to solve. Try as far as possible to figure out how to do things without help. Also, I would like you to ”think aloud” when you perform those tasks. I might stop you and ask some questions during this test.
