6.3 Förslag till fortsatt forskning

Vi har gjort ett medvetet val vid urvalet av våra respondenter där vi vänt oss till mindre bolag och aktörer, anledningen till detta är att vi tror att relationerna har större betydelse där. I vår studie har vi fått bekräftat att relationen är viktig för dessa små företag. Vi tycker att det hade varit intressant att se hur de större bolagen ser på det vi tar upp och om det är så att det skiljer sig mot de mindre bolagens inställning. Vi hade gärna själva ställt dessa emot varandra, men vi anser att våra begränsade resurser inte hade räckt till en så omfattande studie. Vi tror att en studie som skulle belysa skillnader mellan små och stora leverantörer med outsourcingrelationen i åtanke, skulle kunna ge ett konkret praktiskt bidrag till kunder om eventuella skillnader skulle förekomma. En möjlighet för kunden att medvetet välja den storlek på leverantör som passar deras egna förutsättningar. Vi anser att det vore intressant att tillämpa Åges (2011) teori på större bolag för att se om de statiska elementen tas i större beaktning där.
