Ledarskap är ett komplext begrepp som ständigt förändras och utvecklas. I denna studie undersöktes ledarskapsfaktorernas positiva inverkan i form av en systematisk litteratur-studie där datan består av sekundärkällor (tidigare forskning). Ledarskapets positiva in-verkan på företags resultat är fortsatt ett omdebatterat och aktuellt ämne. Ytterligare forskning behövs för att kunna visa just ledarskapets betydelse och inverkan i relation till övriga faktorer som påverkar företags resultat. För att belysa ledarskapet och dess inverkan ytterligare, föreslås fortsatt forskning i form av kvalitativa intervjuer. Respon-denternas tankar, tolkningar och egna erfarenheter kring ledarskap och dess inverkan, kan belysa nya centrala faktorer inom ledarskap samt ge en djupare inblick och förstå-else för ledarskap som fenomen.
