Denna studie kan användas för att testa medarbetardriven förändring på ett företag som idag inte använder sig av det för att sedan kunna studera effekterna det får på verksamheten och därigenom få en större förståelse för hur det påverkar verksamheten. Genom att testa modellen på ett företag som idag inte använder sig av medarbetardrivna förändringsprocesser kan modellen styrkas ytterligare både praktiskt och teoretiskt. Det skulle medföra ytterligare legitimitet och utmana den rådande synen inom litteraturen att det är ledare som framförallt driver förändringsprocesser.

En större kartläggning av hur medarbetardrivna förändringsprocesser kan fungera på andra företag är ett uppslag till framtida forskning. Detta eftersom en fallstudie inte kan sägas vara tillförlitlig för alla företag som använder sig av medarbetardriven förändring. Genom en större kartläggning på flera olika företag kan en unison modell vidareutvecklas.
