6. Slutsats

6.1 Förslag på vidare forskning

Flera respondenter uttryckte att de uppskattade intervjufrågorna och ämnet som studien forskade kring. Flera sade att de fick tankeställare allteftersom de fick reflektera över konflikter på deras arbetsplats. Detta stödjer relevansen och betydelsen av denna studie eftersom respondenterna uppskattade den nya medvetenheten kring konflikter och denna medvetenhet krävs för att en individ ska kunna hantera konflikter. Det stödjer även betydelsen av fortsatt forskning inom detta ämne med tanke på att tidigare forskning pekar på att

distansarbete kommer vara vanligt även efter covid-19 pandemin.

Studien kunde inte dra några slutsatser om chefernas konfliktstilar påverkade deras

samma konfliktstilar. Vid vidare forskning kan en mer omfattande studie inom detta område göras för att kunna dra generaliserande slutsatser.
