We have examined the balance sheet of the Grower-GW Joint Re search Committee, Inc. as of November 30, 1971 and the related statement of income and members' equity for the period from January 14, 1971 to November 3 0, 1971. Our examination was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing
standards and accordingly included such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.
In our opinion the financial statements referred to above present fairly the financial position of the Growers-GW Joint Research Committee, Inc. at November 3 0, 1971, and the results of its operations for the period then ended.
