Annual Meeting Advisor Report MCMLA 2008 I regret that I did not get the AMA wiki up and running this past year. Nor did I finish pulling together meeting rotation information from the regional chapters. I did assist the planning committees for 2008, 2009 and 2010. Specifically, I have:

Reviewed & signed contracts;

Emailed out several copies of the planning manual;

Checked on progress and offered suggestions, e.g. notices in MCMLA Express; Answered questions regarding contracts, payment of speakers, timelines, papers & posters, and finances;

Attended & participated in planning meetings for 2009 by phone.

In summary, I have served to link folks to either the appropriate information or to the person best able to answer their question(s).

Over the next 11 months I plan on getting the AMA wiki up and running. I also plan on following up on my information gathering & analysis of meeting rotations for the regional chapters. I will of course continue to assist, advise and provide information as needed.
