5.1 - Utvecklade/F¨or¨andrade/Utv¨arderade ni n˚agon del av ert agila arbetss¨att un- der projektets g˚ang, om ja, p˚a vilket s¨att? (Tex: Frekvensen av SCRUM-m¨oten, sprint-l¨angden, SCRUM-m¨otetsfr˚agorna m.m)

1. Ja, vi anpassade l¨angden p˚a sprintarna efter hur mycket tid gruppmedlemmarna kunde l¨agga ner den sprinten vecka.

2. Vi varierade m˚anga aspekter av sprintarna. Vi testade f¨orst 3 dagars, sen 5 dagars och slutligen helveckas sprints. Det k¨andes definitivt som 3 dagars sprints var v¨aldigt kort, och rekommenderas inte av mig.

3. Inte n˚agot som vi har f¨or¨andrat ¨an, men sprintl¨angden ser ut att bli kortare ¨an 3 veckor i framtiden.

4. Daily-scrum b¨orjades med varje dag n¨ar vi gick ¨over till distans. Innan detta ungef¨ar varannan dag.

5. Sprint-l¨angden ¨andrades s˚a att den passade v˚art utvecklingstempo. Frekvensen av m¨oten varie- rade efter vi h˚allit utv¨arderingar. Strukturen p˚a sprint-m˚alen f¨or¨andrades efter vi h˚allit utv¨arderingar. 6. Utv¨arderingarna p˚averkade frekvensen av SCRUM-m¨oten, sprint-l¨angden, sprint-m˚alen.

7. Vi f¨oljde upp v˚ara arbetss¨att med sprint-reviews, och andra m¨oten d¨ar vi gav feedback p˚a ar- betet i helhet och kunde komma med kommentarer och ˚asikter.

8. Frekvens av m¨oten ¨andrades p˚a grund av COVID-19, utformning av uppgifter f¨or¨andrades och kortades ner p˚a grund av problem med stora uppgifter p˚a distans.

9. Fler m¨oten i samband/efter distansl¨aget. 11. Frekvens av m¨oten och storlek p˚a aktiviteter.

12. Vi utv¨arderade sprintl¨angder och uppgiftsformulering, och f¨or¨andrade dessa f¨oljaktligen. 13. Minskade frekvensen av Scrum-m¨oten till varannan dag och bara ett av dessa m¨oten utf¨ordes ansikte mot ansikte i veckan.
