7.2.3 Förslag till vidare forskning

För vidare forskning inom området prestationsstyrning inom ideella organisationer bör sociala relationer och socialt kapital studeras vidare. Detta då det sociala kapitalet hade en stark inverkan på de ideella organisationernas sätt att bedriva sina verksamheter på.

Då denna studie enbart belyser organisationer med ett liknande verksamhetsområde vore det intressant att studera ett större antal organisationer med olika verksamhetsområden för att undersöka om det finns likheter och skillnader mellan de olika mätningsteknikerna. Vidare skulle de problematiska aspekterna kunna studeras vidare i andra typer av verksamhetsområden.
