Med utgångspunkt i studiens resultat och dess begränsningar bedömer vi att vidare forskning kring skillnader mellan olika kön och deras inställning om mukbang och ASMR videor och hur företaget kan dra nytta av det i deras marknadsföringsstrategi vore gynnsamt. Ett annat forskningsförslag för framtida studier är att studien bör inrikta på en kvantitativ undersökning för att få en större bild av verkligheten samt se ifall de finns ett mönster i hur sinnesmarknadsföring kan utvecklas tillsammans med mukbang influencer.

6.4 Hållbarhetsaspekter

Under studiens process har kravet på effektivisering och flexibilitet varit ett faktum när det kommer till planeringsschema, uppföljningar och metodval för att kunna genomföra denna studie under den rådande av Covid-19 pandemin. Påföljden av detta har inneburit att samtliga intervjuer, seminarium, opponerings tillfällen och stor del av arbetet för denna studien skett på distans för att minska smittspridning. Trots omständigheterna har det inneburit en positiv inverkan på miljön. Detta eftersom onödiga koldioxidutsläpp från fordon minskar; vilket vi vill uppmuntra andra forskare att beakta eftersom möjligheter för digitala verktyg har blivit lättillgängliga.
