6. Slutsatser

6.2 Förslag till vidare studier

I denna studie studerades enbart respondenter från revisionsbranschen. Det skulle vara intressant att göra en komparativ studie där flertalet branscher studerades. Genom att studera flera branscher skulle ett bredare perspektiv på kunskapsdelning på individnivå kunna erhållas.

Trots att denna studie endast studerade individers vilja att dela med sig av sin kunskap vid ett tillfälle existerar belägg att tro att anledningen till att anställda vill dela med sig av sin kunskap kan förändras över tiden. Så ett ytterligare förslag vore att studera individers vilja att dela sin kunskap över en tidsperiod.

Det sista förslaget till vidare studier grundar sig i att denna studie har en kvalitativ karaktär. Genom denna kvalitativa studie erhålls en djupare förståelse av varför anställda vill dela med sig av sin kunskap. Men för att kunna fastställa sambanden mellan faktorerna kan förslagsvis en kvantitativ studie genomföras.
