With the assistance of the States and Federal
Agencies represented on the AWRBIAC, the first edition of the AWRBIAC Directory, dated July 1, 1959, was prepared by the Administrative Committee. The material in this publication incorporates all changes in Directory Personnel as of
September 1960 as submitted by the States and Federal Agencies.
