Harald Gustafsson (f. 1953) är professor i historia vid Lunds universitet. Hans forskning har huvudsakligen rört tidigmodern nordisk historia utifrån aspekter som interaktion, politisk kultur, statsbildning och identiteter. Han har bland annat författat Mellan kung och allmoge (1985), Political Interactionin the Old Regime (1994), Gamla riken, nya stater (2000) och översikten Nor-dens historia (ny rev. uppl. 2007). Hans senaste bok är Makt och människor. Europeisk statsbildning från medeltiden till franska revolutionen (2010). Adress:

Andreas Marklund (f. 1972) är fil. dr i historia och forskningskoordi-nator vid Post & Tele Museum i Köpenhamn. Han disputerade 2002 vid European University Institute i Florens på en avhandling om manlighet och äktenskap i Sverige, från cirka 1760 till 1840, utgiven på svenska år 2004 som I hans hus. Svensk manlighet i historisk belysning. Mellan 2009 och 2012 var han Carlsbergstipendiat vid Det Nationalhistoriske Museum på Frederiksborg Slot. Hans forskningsintressen kretsar kring genus, nationella identiteter samt medie- och kommunikationshistoria. Ett aktuellt alster är ”Under the Danish Cross. Flagging Danishness in the years around World War II” (Scandinavian Journal of History, 2013). För närvarande arbetar han med frågor om statlig övervakning och privatlivets helgd i skandinavisk telekommunikationshistoria från cirka 1850 till 1920-talet.
