"On this day aga±n comes on to be heard The application of

Sarah J. Bella~y for her fiaal discharge as Administratrix of

said Estate. And it appearing to the Court That the said Sarah

J. Bellamy is the Mother and sole heir of of said deceased, and

that the claim of T. A. Jobs against saud Estate has been

ad-justed to the satisfaction of the said Jobs and said

Admini-stratrix. And no m~her claims having been filed against said

Estate, and more than one year having elapsed since the

appoint-ment of said Administratrix, and due notice having been

pub-lished according to law of thEs application. It is ordered

that said Admi)nis1;ratJ-ixbe and she is hereby discharged from

her said trust and that the srone be and is hereby decreed to be

fully settled, and the bondsmen released from any further

obli-gation on account of said Administration. And that all

proper-t., and assetts remaining of said Estate be delivered to the

said Sarah J. Bellrony as heir of said deceased and as her sold
