Assessment of content and formal pages of work
The diploma thesis was the development of a screw press for processing model waste clay from prototype models. Required parameters were:
• Production of 100 kg per hour
• Clay roller with a diameter of 60mm
Assessment of the theoretical part
In the introductory chapters the author describes the development of the press and its gradual improvement and modification for the purpose of clay treatment. The chapter contains enough information about the topic of work, so I do not have any comments to this section.
Assessment of the practical part
In the practical part the author deals with the analysis, evaluation and selection of one of the four variants of the design solution. The method chosen corresponds to the conclusions of the analysis of the submitted variants. At work I was also interested in the view of the work from an
environmental point of view. The practical part describes the issue of the press and I have no comments.

The presented diploma thesis is well executed and arranged in suitably chosen thematic units.
The only small complaint is graphic processing. I do not like the background inconsistency with the attached pictures, and the quality of the pictures might be better.

• the work fulfills the requirements for granting the corresponding academic title
• I recommend the work for the defense
This is why I also want to thank diplomat Jebo Christo Christober Thangaraj for a good and well done job, to which I have no further comments.

- How is pre-heating of the recyclate before entering the press?
- What is the unused length of the screw in the chamber? (length of the screw in front of the inlet)
- How is the screw conveyor patented? (possible soil clogging)
- Is the distance between the end of the shaft and the outlet nozzle sufficient for the connection of the clay?
