The object of this Association is to further extension work by

The principal place of business shall be the County Extension office

The membership of this organization will be provided for

col-lected and no assessments shall be levied against members) but the

Association may from time to time be called upon to handle money th~t

The officers of this Association shall be elected

majority vote at

regular November meeting.

The constitution of this Association may be amended at any

regular

meeting

by

a two-thirds vote of those present and voting, provided,

the desired amen~~ent has been read at the precedi~g regular meeting.

I MEETINGS

There shall be a r~gular meeting of this Association held the third

Saturday of each month in the Woman's Club Building.

The President, or in her absence, the Vice-President shall preside at

Denver.
