45 Yes, I feel free but it is not always so easy. Most of the ideas are generetad within the department. I don´t know why, maybe there are no natural forum to ask for ideas and maybe it is up to us as well we don´t ask for the ideas. If big changes are ongoing a workshop could be right forum, but for small changes it is too timeconsuming to collect crossfunctional ideas. Interact is in right direction but I think it could be difficult to reach to the right people which can boost the idea. Interact is good but at the same time you catch mostly populistic ideas by people who dare to wright there. But the brilliant idea from the silent engineer who doesn´t speek up on the meetings, will never be caught cause it can be akward to be critisised by unknown people. This are my thinkings but interact is good, maybe we need time to start to work better with interact.
