6.4 Förslag till vidare studier
Förslag till vidare studie kan vara att göra en bredare studie med fler intervjuer och även använda sig av enkätundersökningar för att få ett större perspektiv och en djupare förståelse för medarbetares syn inom det studerade fenomenet.
I studien framkom även tecken på att arbetsklimatet kan förändras genom en kompetensutveckling och därefter påverka arbetsmotivationen hos medarbetare. Förslag till vidare studier kan vara att studera hur en kompetensutveckling kan påverka arbetsklimatet och därefter hur det påverkar arbetsmotivationen hos medarbetare. Därefter skulle det vara intressant att genomföra en jämförelse på hur medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation var innan och hur den förändras efter en kompetensutveckling. Det är intressant eftersom kompetensutvecklingen i den här studien visade sig ha positiva effekter på medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation, både inom yttre symboliskt och yttre materiella motivationsfaktorer.
