Christmas and the Christmas break is coming up and we would like to know whether your child will be needing child care during the break.
Please indicate above the hours your child will need care. If your child does not need any childcare indicate ‘no’ in the box.

3.4 Children whose parent is on parental leave to care for other children and the children of an unemployed parent are entitled to childcare as follows:
Preschool children age 1 - 3 years: Fee paid 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday including school holidays.
Preschool children age 3 - 5 years: Free public preschool 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, not entitled to childcare during school holiday.
The shift between fee paid childcare and free public preschool is August 1st the year the child turns 3 years.
Children age 6 - 12 years, after school care - "Fritids": Fee paid two afternoons per week, no longer than until 16.00.
During autumn-, Christmas, sports- and Easter break a child is entitled to two halfdays, 8.00 – 12.00, or one full day 8.00 – 16.00. For the summer holiday a decision has to made between parents, pedagogue and head of school, lookat at the Fritids and the need of the child.
