6. Slutsats

6.3 Förslag till vidare forskning

Baserat på den tidigare forskning som presenterats och kontexten av detta arbete, en sjukvårdsorganisation under kris, har vissa problem identifierats som inte behandlats då de legat utanför forskningsfrågan. Med det sagt har de en koppling med detta arbetes praktiska bidrag gällande subjektiv prestationsmätning. Som presenterat under teoriavsnittet och observerat under denna studie, kan subjektiv prestationsmätning riskera att mätningar uppfattas som jäviga (Ferreira & Otley, 2009). Hur denna subjektiva partiskhet kan påverka mångfaldsfördelar (Roberson et al., 2007) har däremot inte behandlats, vilket kan vara intressant att undersöka. Med andra ord, kan ökningen av subjektiv prestationsmätning under kris leda till att mångfaldsfördelar motverkas av fördomar? Därtill kan det också vara av intresse att undersöka riskerna med enhetligt tänkande då grupper arbetar intensivt (Deverell, 2021). Vad innebär det om groupthink förekommer i sjukhusorganisationer och hur kan det motverkas under krissituationer?
